Wallforge Shipping Policy

At Wallforge, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed off to the carrier.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unexpected delays.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, if tracking is available for your order.

Order Cancellations

Because Wallforge orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Please carefully review your order details, shipping address, and product selections before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Wallforge is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an issue with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wallforge.com. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed, we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help look into it.
