Wallforge Refund & Return Policy

At Wallforge, we create custom artwork made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our refund policy differs for physical and digital items. We’ve outlined everything clearly below so you know exactly what to expect.


Physical Products

All physical products are made to order.

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

This helps us resolve things quickly.

Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval (your bank may take additional time to post the funds).

Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or preference changes.


Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Our digital artwork is:

  • Delivered instantly after purchase via email

  • Generated in real-time

  • Custom-created specifically for you

Because your artwork is created and delivered immediately, it cannot be returned or refunded once sent.

If you experience any technical issues (such as not receiving your email), please contact us right away — we’re happy to help ensure you receive your file.
